A small kitchen area. This area consists of a fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and ample cupboard space.
A lounge/dining room. This is a large area with colour TV, three piece suite and dining table for 4 people. The room can also have an extra bed so the flat can hold 3 people. A fourth bed is also possible.
A bedroom The bedroom contains a double bed as well as ample storage and wardrobe space with an en-suite bathroom.
A bathroom The bathroom has a bath which can also be used as a shower with a basin and toilet.
